Teknisk Gummi Horsens A/S applies highly refined production methods for production of rubber rollers.

Below, you will find an example of the extrusion technique for application of rubber developed by ourselves.  The rubber is applied in one homogenous layer, ensuring a high degree of consistency in our rubber applications.

Today, Teknisk Gummi Horsens A/S disposes of a considerable assembly of machinery for extrusion.  Most recently, we added a new angular extruder head to our assembly of machinery and are therefore now capable of extruding steel cores from 10 mm to 225 mm in diameter.
